Good Luck Charm Pendant

This is a lucky charm beetle pendant. 
Beetles stand for good luck since the ancient Egypt times.
The Egyptians believed in the power and magic of Scarab Beetles. 

This ancient symbol of good luck is still thought after today, 
many thousand years later. 

By wearing a beetle charm, the more then 4,000-year old history 
of bringing good luck will continue.


I created a lucky charm pendant with a different kind of beetle, the ladybug.

Personalized Damask Pendant

The week started out with a bit of a shock. I lost some of my image files and have not been able to retrieve them yet. It took me 2 days to sort through everything and rearrange my files and folders.

Yesterday I started creating new images again and will post a few of my favourites here.

Rainforest Fern Mandala Calendar

My favourite hoppy is photography. When I was hiking along the West-coast here on Vancouver Island, I took images of lush fern in the forest. Later I created mandala designs with these images and incorporated them into a calendar design. This calendar features 12 of these unique images. Holiday Treasury

We had a very unusual early snowfall here on Vancouver Island with temperatures well below average for this time of the year. How fitting that my snowflake collage sheet was featured in a lovely treasury today.


I love snow and enjoy taking long walks outside, all bundled up. Walking inspires me - at any time of the year.
